Lieber Hans Wilhelm,
ich möchte dir noch ein mal für das tolle Festival danken! Das war einfach wunderschön - die ganze Atmosphere, die netten Leute, spannende Unterrichte, alles so freundlich und gemütlich, sogar Küchendienst war nicht so schlimm...
Ich hab die Fotos vom Festival auf der Homepage gesehen - sind sehr schön.

I didn´t have a chance to write till now.
I just want to thank you again for everything, specially for the extra work you got with us two.
It was a wonderful experience for me and I´m sure I´ll come back to Rotenburg and, if possible, bring some other friends with me.

I'm soo happy that you liked the gifts and our participation also...
For me, the festival was wonderfull... I had been a couple of years really disapointed with classical guitar world (It seemed to me that sometimes it is competitive, it is "more important" the faster you can play than the music you make, I did'n like some repertoire at all...). Hearing to Pavel and to Pablo and also to some of the participants like Arvid or Ken I found some great references for improving my way of playing. They are great musicians with great tecnique, but the most important thing is that first of all they are great musicians. So my classical guitar motivation (beetween 1 and 10) went from 5 to 9 in Rotenburg!
Besides, in Rotenburger gitarrenwoche everybody really love music. And classical guitar. No matter the level. And everybody can participate in everything, it doesn't mind if they are younger or older, if they are students, amateurs or profesionals. I was also very lucky with my room mates (and I think that the same happened with Miguel and Dirk!)... we really had fun together!! Even helping in the kitchen was great!
Guitar orchestra was FUN! It is a pity that guitar players can't join a symphonic orchestra without being the soloist and a guitar orchestra is a grat aproximation of what a common orchestra is. And the pieces were ready in 1 week. Which is something incredible! Playing the oktavs was funny although at first I couldn't find anything there)  and hearig the soprano while we were playing was amazing!
I hope we can return next year or in other editions, and most of this year's people can return also. We will tell also our guitar friends about the festival.
Thank you very, very much for everything! You and Elkes make a GREAT job with this. It is not only a guitar festival but a perfect exmple of integration and cooperation!
