Pavel Steidl has been a friend of the Rotenburg guitar week for many years. It's a pity that we are not staying at the Landheim this year, otherwise he would definitely be standing in the kitchen again to cook for everybody! That's what he did during his first visit and later he said that the cooking made him more nervous than his concert... He is a great artist and his concerts are like a work of art: His playing, interpretations and gestures underlining the music are unique. He treats his lessons and every day life at the festival with the same passion as he does in his playing. He is a very welcome guest and this year is his fourth time at the festival.
