Conditions of participation Registration:

Participants who do not live in Germany have to pay the whole course fee right away by credit card or international money transfer up to 1st of June.
In case the organizer does not permit the participation in the course or cancels the Rotenburg Guitar Week the full amount is going to be sent back to you. Credit cards will not be charged before registration deadline.

For participants with residence in Germany the registration only becomes valid with the transfer of the registration fee (an amount of EURO 50).
Then, approximately 10 days after the deadline for application (1st of June), you will receive the confirmation of participation together with a bill and you are asked to send the remaining amount.

Paying by credit card:
If you want to pay by credit card, please see the page registration/PDF and download the registration form. There you can fill out the necessary details for charging. Please send the registration form either by post or by fax.

If you cannot print out the pdf-file, please fill out the online registration and mark the option I would like to pay by credit card. Please send an e-mail (see my address here) for more details We will recommend you by e-mail how to transfer credit card information in a secure way.

Cancellation:
It is only possible to cancel the registration in a written form. Please cancel your registration before 1st of June.

• Cancellation after deadline: EUR 50 (registration fee)
• After June 15: EUR 250 (cancellation fee plus accommodation and board), unless we can replace your registration with another participant
• Default of appearance or belated cancellation: complete course fee
  

Liability for own instruments and other objects of value:
The organizers are not able to take the legal responsibility for instruments and any objects of value that were brought to the course.

Choice of lectures:
Teachers can be chosen in any combination. Sign your selection or give an order of ranking (1./ 2.). We will try to come up to the wishes of all participants if it is possible.
Anyway we see ourselves forced to ask you to keep the final decision to us because last-minute changes sometimes have to be made. For that reason we recommend to choose at least two instructors.
During the course students can of course swap their lessons/teachers amongst themselves.
